The position holder will be involved in the optimization of 3G/4G/5G mobile services towards delivery of excellent network service to enhance customer experience.
Oversee KPI Governance with all the stakeholders.
Share regular Network insights with key focus on tool usage (Geolocation, Facebook Insight and SON).
Deliver E2E QOS KPI Performance Evaluation and improvement plan.
E2E Performance Monitoring and Evaluation, drill down analysis and taking appropriate KPI optimization and Improvement actions to resolve emerging quality issues for 2G/3G/4G/5G network.
Oversee and share insights on new feature trials and impact assessment before massive roll-out.
Customer complaints tracking and management through adequate governance and process around solving network related complaints.
Regular network Capacity evaluation to identify existing or potential E2E bottlenecks for appropriate actions to be taken to enhance customer experience.
Automate deliverables to ensure they are shared timely.
Professional Qualifications:
A team player with excellent problem-solving skills, right attitude & good work ethics.
Candidates with Hands–on experience on WCDMA, LTE/5G Optimization will have an added advantage.
Practical knowledge on use of Geolocation, SON, Netact, Google earth and Mapinfo.
Candidates with experience on Nokia and/or Ericsson equipment will have an added advantage.
